Cast Grade Syntactic Foam
Synfoam CG grade syntactics are designed to provide affordable void free cast shapes for the end user.
SynFoam CG is lightweight and dimensionally stable due to its low coefficient of thermal expansion.
Synfoam CG has excellent temperature resistance, retaining its strength at elevated temperatures. It is
easily machined if further machining is required.
SynFoam CG can be used in a number of applications including tooling and low density complex molding.
SynFoam CG is available in both precast sheet form and as cast cylinders of various diameters. Our
engineers can also custom manufacture different shapes and sizes for the client. Please contact us
